gprs related -unable to browse internet

Name of company/service: bsnl

i taken a new bnsl connection to use internet on my pc using dongle.so i recharged my new bsnl no. that is 9470752194 with 125 for 2gb 2g internet for 1 month.untill now i am unable to browse internet .i have complained many times .two complain nos. are K02BR300381 and K12BR300545 .15 days have been passed.they did nothing.wasted my half of the validity.they are saying update mobile phones software,update dongles software,format pc etc.i am a bihar telecom circle costomer.i want my money back or the extension of validity.
