I am a customer of vodafone, my cell number is 7509869973. From 01-Nov-2012 the GPRS i.e. internet is not working on my mobile handset, i have registered this compliant on vodafone customer care on 02-Nov-2012 with compliant number i.e. 105653816. Even after 8 days the problem still persist. In these 8 days i am continously following up with vodafone customer care, but still there is no solution from there side.
The net connection is not at all working on my mobile since 01-11-2012 earlier it’s working fine. I have registered a compliant (compliant no.- 105653816) on vodafone on 02-11-2012 but they have not solved my problem till today. Kindly look into this and get it solved. Beacause of this problem i am facing financial loss.
