GPRS NOT ACTIVATED

Location/place: KOLKATA

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Yesterday i recharged GPRS 15 (for 3 days pack)after 12:00 am, but when ever I access my GPRS main balance are deduct form my account and can’t download anything, hope to resolve asap.
