got the emi card from Bajaj Finserv when i did not requested it

Hi,
I have received a Bajaj Finserv EMI card on my office address, which i would not like to keep since it has been dispatched without giving me any details/calls from Bajaj Finserv. I would like to know how the card got dispatched without prior notice/call.

Plesae let me know what need to be done.
