GOT MONEY THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT BUT DON’T PROVIDE SERVICE

Respect Sir/Madam,
I recharged using net banking in my mobile of Rs. 150/-. I did not received balance so i try to complain in the UNINOR customer care service. They just told me that they can not accept my complain. I tried this thing many time. I have sufficient proof on banking transaction and all other payment receipt but they didn’t want to even take my complain of giving back my money or recharge my balance. so please kindly help me. In this mobile company there is no facility to register complain.
