My account no. is (Print Skill 0604009300053011), I have debit Rs. 5000 /- at Naraina ATM at 02/03/2013, but I have received Rs. 4000/- against that transaction. I have complaint whose flirtation on Customer Care that No. is 59437531. He said wait for 1 week but after 1 week I have received no money on my A/c. When I called the customer care on 18.03.2013, he said, your complaint has been discarded, why? Please help me regarding this complaint.
