Dear Sir,
I purchased Ipad from Zync. It is defective not working properly from day one. I sent several emails to company and called customer care more than 4/5 times but they are not taking there defective product back. It has 1 year warranty. And They just saying courier person will come and take it back within max. 72 hours.
But no one came to take back. I want new product and fresh warranty, as i havent used Ipad/Tablet PC. Or I want my money back. Order and product details are as follows –
