I have purchased a jewellery set from www.snapdeal..com. They sent me a damaged product. In that set the ear rings were different and the necklace was damaged as well as old. I complained them and requested to replace my product. They didn’t keep their promise to deliver my product on time. Even thay didn’t trust me and told me to show pictures of that damaged product. I have mailed them those pictures of that damaged product. Anyway they denied to collect that damaged product and told me to send their product. I have sent that product via courier. The courier company told me that they face snapdeal’s issue every day. Anyway I have sent the scanned copy of the receipt of courier. After that snapdeal rejected my order. They denied to replace my order. For the very fast time I have purchased from snapdeal I am highly dissatisfied with their service.
