Got call from relience, I have register DND

Location/place: Ahmedabad

Name of company/service: Relience

I am a vodefone customer.
I got a call from +91 281 3012456 for relience add. I asked the lady the I have registered the DND and I should not get any call from any other company.
She replied that IF YOU HAVE GUTS THEN TAKE ACTION AGAINST US.

My complain is that I have register DND, I should not get any calls like this.

Pl. do the needful
