I had bought 4 nos. Tyres online making a full payments through my ICICI Bank account. on 3/3/15 for delivery at Bettiah, Bihar. Since then I have been sending messages through their Contact us link on their website but their has been no response till date. I tried calling their phone number given under the Contact us link which is a VOS but nothing happens on pressing the relevant number when asked to do so. I tried sending them mail again through the e-mail id given under the Contact us link but the mail bounced back. They had given a tracking number of one Professional Courier service. On tracking it says goods returned to shipper.The Tracking numbers for Professional Couriers given by them are- DEL109506578 and DEL109506577 and the expected date of delivery was 9/3/15. The Transaction id given by Tyre On Wheels is TOW9824Mar320796. Please help me out in this matter.Thank you.
