I am Ranjeet Solanki and I joined ADIT Security System PVT Ltd in 2014. During my tenure of 4 Years I had good times and good learning opportunity over there. I
I had found good Management, HOD and colleague also they are very supportive. Initially for 2 years, my HOD was Hardik Shah but I was very uncomfortable with him because he always played politics with me & other subordinates to show that he is only working. He never let me grow in this company. Even he left without clearing the outstanding payments of the company & because of that company had to hold his payment. As he left the Company, my HOD changed and she supported me a lot to grow and my performance was getting better and better. As per company policy if anybody want to leave organization he/she has to serve one month notice period as per company norms. Recently, I left company because I got offer from nearby my native place so I just put my thoughts to management, HOD and they �understood my situation accepted my resignation and they relived me in very short period of time.
Also last but not least I got my full amount of salary of present month, incentive and they cleared my all legal compliances too.
One more thing which touched to my heart and created much more respect for the �company they gave me warm and lovely farewell party also, which was nice moment.
