Gold Auctioned Without Any Notice

Dear team,
I had take gold loan from icici Bank
2 and half year ago
had 5 account there
3 of my name and 2 of my brother name
3 has been closed and one has been auctioned after notice
but they were continously saying they have 4 accounts
as i shown them the 5th account paper they said ok
let me check and when they checked they said this one is auctioned

seriously i dont have got any notice or call for this account
nothing have got
and the value of gold was above three lakh
now they are not giving any response and not taking resposiblity for this mistake

please help me on this
