On January 14th, 2015 , I had booked a bus ticket from goibibo at around 11.45 PM and journey date was 15th Jan. After that to cancel the ticket I tried calling goibibo customer care. I called twice , nobody was available to taken the call.
Then I mailed goibibo at around 00.46 AM on 15th Jan (as per email address give in in the ticket). As per the cancellation policy, 482 Rs should have been deducted and rest should have been refunded back to my account. They did not cancel the ticket on time and mailed me on 17th Jan saying we cannot cancel the ticket as per bus operator policy.
After that i mailed management of Goibibo. I didn’t receive any reply from them till today.
I called goibibo 7-8 times. They didn’t resolve my issue. After that one day when I tried calling them, there was no option to connect the call to customer care.
Please look into this and respond asap.
