Harassed beyond belief, after a long drive reached hotel only to be shown the door citing low room rates and non acceptance of online payment. Asked to search for other hotels on my own and also to request for a refund.
Reaching someone from Goibibo not possible tried calling , put on hold for at least 25 min.
Want to file a criminal case ( left out in the road without ACCOMODATION at 2100hrs in the small sleepy town to fend for myself) , kindly guide.
