Godrej AC Servicing Problem Under AMC
Location/place: Sahibabad
Name of company/service: Shivay Electricics(Godrej Authorised Service center)
Dear sir,
I have been using godrej AC for four years.But last two year experience is very bad.My ac is not cooling.My AC is under AMC with Godrej service Center(Shivay Electronics,gaziabad). Last year they charged 5000(about) rupees for coiling coil,but still AC’s is not working.They are visiting my house after compain and every times they have new idea to waste another 15 days.Godrej CC is closing my compain without verifing our sign. Perhaps Godrej CC service is worst in the world. Customer Care is never ready to write compain against their Service Center.Even Shivay Electronics owner Mr.rastogi is not replying properly.
