sir iam shailender kumar i had book 2 gold coin one is 4gm and 2nd is 8gm on 19 march 2012.4gm coin i had released on 12 april 2012 but i had not recieved my coin i recived my coin on 14 jun 2012 that time the manager of hari nagar branch mis guid me 15 day back i want to release my 8 gram coin he told me you come on after 2-3 day again after 3 day iam faceing same problm. right now today they carged intrest on 8gm coin. no one listen my problm there.please solve my problm iam very upset.
