i had buyed tablet on 17.11.2014. and within two days samsung galaxy tab s gets shutdown, service centre says battery problem. i said them for replacement due to hardware problem of it. samsung service centre said they can’t give replacement. they don’t have given me acknowledgement of service request for first day complaint.on 2nd december again battery problem. came and they again said we can’t give you replacement. i have acknowledgement of service request of 2nd december and they are not giving acknowledgement of service request record of first complaint.
