i had purchased a HTC desire 816 g device on 18th December next day i had reported an issue “SD card removed unexpectedly” to the store form where i had purchased the device they told me to change SD card i had changed the same but the issue was unsolved after 4-5 days it raises again and after contacting to store they told me to contact HTC service center. some time passed on 15th January i had submitted the device to service center after few days on 24th January they called me saying that my device is repaired and to collect it from service center. while i was taking the delivery of device i found there is no repairing done issue was still unsolved they told me submit device again. i asked them to replace the device as it is not getting repaired. but they are refusing for the same and i am still waiting for my device…………?
