not giving deposit money of moderm

sir,
i had taken internet connection from you broadband 4 monts ago. last month i called them and inform them that i don”t want their service any more so they should take their moderm and give my deposit amount. but few days ago they messeged me thet they will cut my deposited amount if i would not submit moderm then after i again called to my service provider but till now they have not taken their moderm and given my money.
