Hi,
I want to raise the complaint against vodafone for the ruduculus things they have done with me in last month.
I have taken the Bussiness 149 plan pastpaid. I was using the 1Gb data plan for the RS 98 per month. suddenly i got call from vodafone that please pay the bill since you are about to reach your credit limit which is 2000. when i inquire they told that for the month they will chanrge the internet usage as 10 pisa/KB and before generating the bill they will take out 1GB usage out. so i visited vodafone store for the same since i dont want to pay extra money to then without reason.
The store manager told me sir you will get the 2 GB in 98 RS only for the month. so i ask him if they can upgrade my plan to 2 GB i am ok. but i dont want any issue that you have using two plan and all.
The store lady what she did as manager’s information she deactivated my 1GB plan and put the activation for 2GB and here the game made by vodafone they put the bill high on my number giving the reason that i got the usage of internet on pro rata basis which i was using the 1Gb plan. i dont care why it comes. so i did pay the bill by deducting the amount which i not concern since it was completely manager who has done my data plan chnage. and miss lead me. by the time i am giving the complaint that i want reversal. since i wont trust vodafone that after paying pill they will made the reversal.
I am giving the complain in nodal and appelent authority not getting any reposnce.
Please let me know what i suppose to do.
