I gave Nokia Lumia 1520 handset on 1st May to Sangeetha Mobiles Forum Mall from where I had purchased it on a given assurance that whatever happens to the phone they will provide services in all the city.
The phone was in Pune , and was shipped to Bangalore as they refused to provide services there saying ” As it was purchased from Bangalore and you Have to get the things done in Bangalore itself”
Then I gave the phone to Sangeetha Mobiles Forum Mall, Koramangala on 1st May stating the problem the phone had (The screen used to freeze and the phone had to be reset 3-4 times a day.). I also mentioned that It was shown in Nokia service Centre in Pune , They said its not a software issue and the touch has to be replaced. They took the phone and said we will see.
After some 15 days I got a call from them saying there is no issue with the phone.
And Then i asked about the freezing problem. They said we didnt knew about this problem, Will again take it to service centre. After which they confirmed that the touch needs to be replaced.
Even After that i have to persuade them every week for the status. They will never call me to give the status.
And when you say them to atlease provide the status, They say we have other work also.
Then i went to the store in 13th June weekend , And I had to literally shout and ask them to at least provide the status.
On 22nd June, they called me, said your phone has been shipped from Nokia Service center and I will let you know the status by wednesday, for which I again didnt receive any call.
Then I called them on 26th June, the person said Its still in the Nokia service center.
On 27th June, I called Head office of Sangeetha Mobiles, The lady who received the call said We have received the phone day before yesterday (Dont know from where she received). And then she said I will provide you the status in half an hour, for which she never called me.
And when I am trying to call the head office the phone was busy since afternoon.
The phone had extended 1 year sangeetha warranty
And nobody even knows the job Id of the phone which NOKIA would have provides.
I want some action against Sangeetha Mobiles so that I can get back my phone at the earliest.
