Given phone at service center for audio problem but not resolved after 22 days

Please help
I have given my phone at micromax service center at Kalka Ji for audio problem but not resolved after 22 days, while they has given time for resolution 12 days then i had made complaint at micromax call center they again given 7 days time but post 7 days i again called up to customer care but they are again asking it will take aprox 7 days but not sure your concern will be resolved they only will provide status.

I am really very fedup with the service of micromax

Please help me to get back my handset with the resolution.
