They give me a defective product

I buy my phone from GIPmall delhi from jumbo center. and they give us a defective product.THEY said that this phone has the all over india warranty but not . The phone is not able to repair. and service center said that this is want to be replaced but they are not replacing the place from which i buy the phone said that come here and take new with A. DOA complain with you . I request you to replace my phone or to refund the money .I also complaint on the official site but they are not replying . My phone is 5days old only “GIONEE
