Did Not Give Benifits

My name is Biswajit and my mobile no is 9804044475. Yesterday i got a sms from this Aircel company that if i recharged with 110 then i will get double benifit of 220 talktime. Then i recharged with the same but did not get any extra benifits. Then i contact 3-4 times to the Aircel customer care but they told me that there is no such kind of offer but the sms is still here on my mobile. So now i requrst to the Consumer Forum that please do something with that and give me the double benifit. Thank you.
