GIIT did not process my MCA fees to university and spent the money in personal expensis..

My name is Gyanendra Singh. i had taken the admission in MCA from Punjab technical university approx 4 year back. my learning center is GIIT Pvt ltd. Address: 196-A, Ist Floor, Tarachand Complex, Ramesh Market.Main Road, East of Kailash, New Delhi -110065.
Sir I want to say that the Owner of my learning center Pramod kumar has collected the fees of all semensters of MCA from me on time but he did not process this fee to the university. he just used this money in the personal expenses. from the last 4 years he has been just saying that he has submitted the fees in university. i have confirmed the fees details even from the PTU’ regional center which denying.PTU has also disqualified this institute now.
Now Sir my concern is that from the last 4 years Pramod is just excusing me. due to this i am not able to appear in the exams.He has destroyed my career.
now I am just requesting him to return my fees but he is misbehaving with me now..
