Gift not delivered as per commitment

Name of company/service: Ferns and Petals

Hi,

I had ordered a gift to be delivered by 9 a.m. on 12th Aug, 2013 on Ferns and Petals Kolkata branch, and it was critical. The payment was made as quoted and I have their acknowledgement copy too. But neither did they deliver the gift nor are they picking the call. This resulted in loss of credibility for me. Would request you to take appropriate actions.
