This is my reference to my purchase of Koryo Geyzer from Big Bazar , VIP Road, Baguihati , Kolkata -59 on December 30, 2012 and after use for 1 months in winter same was not working in November 2013. After complain to Koryo service centre same was replaced though Big Bazar on December 2013. Again after use for 2 months same was not working from December 2014 and now vide complain to Koryo service centre vide request ID 517554 dated 24.12.2014 and ensure that aliment will be replaced with 7days but till date the same was pending. I have given a written complain to Big Bazar but no action has been taken at their end .
I want to ask one question that whether Big Bazar was selling its product without any after sales service outlook. At the time of purchasing they ensure that there is 7 yrs guarantee and 2 years replacement warranty.
I request you to look into the matter urgently or I have to move consumer forum, since I have no option.
