hello,
I have a complaint , my airtel 2g (because here 3g s not availble) is not getting speed,
my net plan is of rs 197 2 gb (unlimited, after 2gb data use decreased speed)
recently I recharhed this same plan again ,
but I am getting speed in bytes ( maximum 3 K/s)
I talked to care service but they only told me clear cache or reset type of stuff ,
I m very angry because I Called them 7 times and everytime I waited about 10 minutes,
please help me , iI already flashed and formatt and reset my phone twice , iI checkefld my sim on other phones , my phone is in well working state, please kindly help me , I m using airtel services about 5 approx. iI dont want change this network , unless iI will get no solution , iI will need move to other network ,
