I purchased BSNL Penta WS708C from Shopclues.com on 11 April 2014 Order No : 12841767. After 1 month it stopped working. This product has 1 year Warranty. When I went to BSNL Penta Service Center in Kolkata Jadavpur they told that they will not provide any kind of Service to the Products purchased from SHOPCLUES.COM. I am not understanding I have Bill and Warranty Card then also I am not getting Service. No where it is mentioned that BSNL Penta will not provide any Service to the Products purchased from SHOPCLUES.COM. I think I have wasted my money.
Kindly help me.
