Not getting reply from iberry support team

Hello There,
I purchased iberry nuclea auxus mobile in jun-2014. After some times, camera was not focusing properly. After few days the IMEI code was also get removed. Now the mobile has been sent for repairing (Work Order No RVSRN1410SSA00024). After a month when I was not getting any feedback I logged a ticket (Ticket Id :773205) at http://support.iberry.asia/, but even after raising multiple issues and calls no one is giving proper status/reply.
the iberry’s product and its support is worst, would suggest to everyone to never to with iberry.
