Getting poorest service and negative response

I am a customer of SITI digital broadband(PMPL).Every now and then connection goes off. and this problem is not solved frequently.They do not respond even after calling them for the issue.Also their responses are so bad negative that I feel so cheap to continue my relation with that company.

This is not only me who is facing the problem.This is their regular problem and they are ignoring our complaint.

Hence you are requested to take this as a complaint so that they start to improve their service or shut down the business
