Not getting my mobile phone from service centre

i am abhijeet singh my mobile phone micromax canvas hd have some problam like speaker nd camera then i have submitted my mobile phone at micromax service centre in bhilai on 19/06/14 nd they said me after 1 month your phone is come back but beyoned 1 month I have not get my mobile phone when i ask in service centre how much tacking time for repairing the mobile they said excuse about the phone nd says more than 10 Days
