Getting loads of Unnecerry content as advertisements and it is taking lots of data download and my internet data is getting over with in 10 days instead of One month

Hi,
I am using yahoo.com for my mail interactions. I am getting loads of unnecery rubbish as advertisements in my mail window which is taking lots of download thereby causing my data amount is getting over within 10 days insted of one month data. Also I am getting loads of advertisements in every page I go in internet. This is causing the page not getting downloaded properly. When I close one advertisement, it is spawning many windows open thereby it is consuming more data. Please do something stop all advertisements as it is causing lots of amount to be paid to my data provider. Please do the needful.
