I brought my vehicles (a car and a bike) to Bangalore using Agarwal Packers and Movers wide below GC/ LR number.

My both Vehicles got damaged during transportation, I approached to many people at Agarwal pakcers’ Bangalore office but didn’t get any solution or right answers from them rather than roaming around several people and calling them almost every alternate days. One person asks me to contact another person,second one asks to reach thirs person and third one drove me to next person. One of them asked me to send email with damage repaid quotation to [email protected] but didn’t receive any reply even after several follow-up emails and calls.
One day another person asked me to send email to [email protected] and I did that too but no response as of now.
By running around and calling to several people out there I feel myself getting harassed and finding our-self hopeless about getting my damaged claimed fulfilled by Agarwal Packers.
I am writing here to raise some of my hope in case I may get any advise/ guidance or solution to getting my damaged vehicle repaired by the transporter or pay-off the amount to be charged by vehicles’s authorized service center to repair the damages.
