Getting Charged without usage

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks

I took Tikona BB in the month of June, and from the day of installation itself i was facing some problems with connectivity.
Tikona executive was well aware of this fact thoroughly, he delayed the process claiming that the adapter needs to be replaced, the receiver needs to be replaced and so on.
I called up customer care and technical support a dozen times only to understand that there is no one to help.
When i called them few times for requesting disconnection, the customer care executive disconnected the phone, and getting the executive on the call is a challenge in itself.
It takes 15 minutes on a average to speak to so called executives.
