Getting calls from HDFC Bank regerding a person who has taken a Personal Loan and has not paid

I am constantly getting calls from HDFC Bank (+914040186682) on a loan taken by some other person. I am not sure why i am being disturbed for no reason. People then and again call me and threaten me for dire circumstances.
