getting bills despite disconnection

Name of company/service: tata Docomo

Dear Sir/madam,
This is with ref. to my tata docmo no. – 022-65340894. i had given
applicatioon for disconnection on 3rd nov,2012 along with the payment
of INR1010/- to Vaishnavi Management pvt ltd. Reciept No. 04652.

Inspite of paying the entire due amount and sending request for
disconnection(after consultation with the telecaller),i have been
getting bill since then. it is surprise to note that the bill reciept
of vaishnave management pvt ltd does not at any place mention their
contct no. Even the 24hr help line no printed on tatadocomo bill shows that
it is invalid – 18602663030.

after repeated attempts to reach the company representative finally we had complaint in one of the tata docomo centers,compliant no. – 349037623.

i have been repeatdly getting calls of payment from the collection
department speaking in rude language and telling me that it is none of
their concerns they are collection department and would follow up for
bills.

request you to kindly look into the matter as its not my fault that
the designated collection company “vaishnavi management” is not reponsible
enough to pass on the request to the concerned person. kindly stop the
collectin agency calls till the matter is settled,as these are causing
lot of stress because they call anytime they wish and refuse to listen
to customer complaint.
