GET WELL SOON HP INDIA… N STOP TO CHEAT CONSUMER

This is TEJAS MEHTA … from ahmedabad… i have bought one officejet 8000 printer jst before 3 mnths ago….. n the printer had started giving troubling
immidiatly after one month.. there was a color print issue n and printer initialise problem…. i have to wait for half n hour for it comes to ready mode…. so
i have have log online complain first time on 13 th march…….. n company had given the replace piece within a week of the same model ….and jst after
a week i experienced the same problem in color prining as wel as the initalise problem n printer making so much noise to come for ready mode…n it takes
20 to 30 mnt to come in ready mode……….so i log a online complaint yesterday (31 -3 -10) n today morning i went to RANINGTON office … i i have ask them
to solve the issue…. i met there ms CHITRA n MR. GIRISH … had checked the priner …n told me that once we had replace the printer…. so we cant do it
again n shows the reason FOUND CUSTOMER USING REFILLED CARTRIDGE… /WARRANTY VOID… But the fact is that we havnt use any refiling or
duplicate cartridge…. we have installed new cartridge set befor one week … that i showed to them ……… but the guys was not in mood to listen… me……n started
to mis behave with me …….n told me that we cant do nothing…… so what should i do…… now….. then they told me that you can through it to dust bin… or anywhere
else thats not our issue……i have spend 11000 on printer 5700 on cartridges………so much time at ur service staion ..3 times in three months with mentaly herrasement
so … should i though it in dust bin.. .. what will u do if u are at my position .. I M TIRED OF THIS PRINTER NOW.. .how can u declare a printer warranty void within
3 months……..???????????????

So what do u think sir……..this is what i expect….. from such multinational company??????????… then after…… my dealer has given me the phone number of
Mr. MILAN…. who is the sales person ……. of ur company…… they also talked with me in very rough language n asked me to do take legal action or whatever
u want to ….do…. so ..i ws very disappointed…. then my dealer has give me another 2 or 3 numbers….. of hp ‘s gujarat head… and contry head… so i have called one of them as per our verbal communication iv send them a email as wel as i send to to the feed back n help desk
department .. n i will thnk full to u if can any help me about the issue… otherwise u can give me the contact details of more higher authorities…
