For get my tablate back,3 months gone

I ordered to get AaKASH3 TABLET(7cz) in BUYIBACK OFFER.and when i got
your product there were some fault in camera. So i have sent my Akash3
(7cz) tablet back
due to camera problem before 3
month through bluedart currier.
But still i haven’t got it back.
When will i get my tablet back ?? give
me proper date. and i also claim to consumer
forum(grahak suraksha).

Customer care people always telling you have to wait 7 to 10 days .every time .also i have send many times email to :following email id. not gettting any support or reply form them.
