Not get the refund back yet

I bought a pair or Black Shoes size 8 of SYNERGY company of cost 614/ from “actionestore.com” in the month of April, ORDER NUMBER-100003700 But after 3 days I saw defect so I emailed them and they respond as well. But sir till date(24-05-2014) I not receive the my refund money. I called them several times and they gave me only one answer “then we put a reverse pack up”. But I am not getting any reverse pack up yet. I have only 2 days to get the money back. Help me out and please refund my money from them.
