Did not get the entire desired product from www.infibeam.com

Hi,

I have ordered a Panasonic 32 inches LED TV from www.infibeam.com with order id : 13719335. At the time of purchase they said only TV stand will be provided with the TV set and wall mount section will be carried by Panasonic service engineer at the time of installation and it will be free of cost.

When the service engineer came to our premises, he said wall mount should be provided with the product. If not, we have to purchase the wall mount separately from Panasonic, though it should be delivered free of cost with the TV set.
