I had ordered a Air Conditioner on 8th May, 2015 from ShopClues.
Product Details: Voltas 155 CYA 1.2 Ton 5 Star Split Air Conditioner (QTY:1)
Estimated Delivery Between: Mon 18 May and Tue 19 May.
So ShopClues has a tie up with the most pathetic courier service in India called Gati Ltd.
The air conditioner I ordered was suppose to reach at my place for COD (Cash on Delivery) as expected on 18th or 19th May which costed Rs. 25,619. Its been 15 days now and I have not received my product. I called Gati’s Customer Care helpline, they kept telling me your order is in Bhivandi and will be delivered in 1-2 days. Ever since I have been constantly calling them and always get the same reply.
Today morning (2nd June 2015) I called them again to inquire about the AC and they tell me “SORRY SIR, WE LOST YOUR PRODUCT”.
The product is 15 DAYS late and over that you lose the product?
What I ordered was not a small object that was easy to misplace or lose. It was a DAMN 1.2 Ton AC!!!
Then I checked their FB page and came across many other people complaining about GATI losing their deliveries.
Kindly take action on both the companies.
