This is Shyam sunder Thota and I am using mobile # 8904036369 from past 18months. From past 4 months I am getting charged for Games club subscription of Rs.5 per day, not sure why I am getting charged for this even though I never subscribed for it and I never downloaded any games from games club.com. I raised around 5 complaints on this with customer care and clearly told them to deactivate any such services on my account. I checked in self activation and de-activation number as well for my account and nothing like games club is active. In order to avoid this continuous charges to me I deactivated even Dive in and 3G services also in my mobile number but still I am getting charged for this. On every time I raise complaint with customer care they clearly told that next month this charges will not be charged to be account but that was not the case. Now they are claiming that charges are correct and i have to pay the Games club subscription charges which i never opted. Please do the needful
