I purchased a Samsung galaxy note(n7000) on march 2013. In which their is problem of switching off phone automatically when I switch on the phone. I went to a service center with my original smartphone bill( though my product is under warranty for 18 months) but service center guys told me that your product s manufactured in 2012 so you need to come up with 2012’s bill… I purchased a phone on 2013 how can I get a bill on 2012 dated.
