On 21 st November, 2012, I got a call from company representative Raj Sonker about an offer that if you book a package of Rs 5999/- we will provide a dell mini laptop with Model –e5420 (core i3 processor,3 GB RAM, 300 GB Hard disk). I booked that package and during payment wrote in instruction column “under laptop offer” and made the payment (Order Id No. FH00132). Then, there was a call from the Branch Manager Mr. Singhania since you have written the line in instruction the order became wrong. He requested me to make a new order for the package correctly with nothing written in instruction, the first order will be cancelled as soon as we get your second package request. I did the same and booked the same (Order Id Fh00133).
Its has been 2 weeks for that transaction, I didn’t got a single call from COMPANY side regarding status of my cancelled order and confirmed order. I am daily calling to your customer care but they always reply “in process”
Please update my status of my order, gift and reimbursement of cancelled order.
PLEASE SUGGEST ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN
i HAVE RECIPT OF ONLINE PAYMENT OF RS 12000
