Sub : Complaint for Harassment against loan repayment

This is regarding a personal loan taken Rs 50,000 /-in Dec. 2010, from Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. In total till now I have paid with interest of Rs 62645 /- I paid my loan taken amount as I possible, now I have some financial problem due to which I am not able to pay any more money.
The company’s executive started receiving abusive calls from recovery agents of (H.P. Solution , called on telephone no.9819782303 &9930337490 )have now started harassing me by calling me & my family member every now and then for the money, as I have already told my situation. And now they have even started calling at the place I am doing my service and discussing my matter with my company boss and employees they are constantly using foul language, for the money, as they are not related to this matter. Due to this my reputation in the company is getting spoiled. I am really getting mentally disturbed.
It was a painful experience of my life as these people spoiled my name in my office; also it was painful experience for my family. I want strict action to be taken against these people or else I will go legal against them, If i am not getting any response from you i will knock the door of consumer court,
Please take some positive action as I have the proof of his abuse and ill behavior.
I expect that you will respond to my letter positively.
