full money is not refunded even after 7mobths

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: sarni dist betul (mp)&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: irctc</p>we have not received the full refund of money even after 7 months , the train was running late by more than 12 hours or cancelled due to telangana issue ticket details as follows: 1)pnr no.4863693203 refund amt. 840,ticket id (irctc #2200454) we have received aletter no. from irctc as follows:MNR080313V05714 according to it ticket was not surrendered 3/6/12 hour within journey but irctc ticket can’t be surrendered but we can only file tdr so kindly help in this matter 2)pnr no.4445052426 ,ticket id:(irctc # 2200429),letterno.MNR080313V05718 ,refund amt. 159 same in this ticket we receive deducted amt. even after train was running late by more than 12 hours so kindly help in both these matter for full refund if money
