While that is not a great, it is certainly better than Nokia’s policy was my thought on Samsung phones initially. I got a brand new S2 model on 2012.11.11 which has now gone bad for the second time in 4 months and I have been twice to the service centre where they have replaced my phones motherboard as well however no luck.My phone gets switched off very often (thrice a day),bad camera quality and applications run very slow.
I have repeatedly asked those guys to change my set as I am frustrated using this Mobile when it gets switched off and I really have some important work on it.I have also sent mail to Samsung company however have not received any better response.
My humble request to you guys is to revert ASAP.
