I have been using Idea Cellular Services for the past 7 years, however, off late they are persistently over charging and non of the officials are interested in resolving the customer complaints.
Due to their unauthorized deductions on Prepaid, I switched over to Postpaid in Nov. 2013. Subsequently even after deactivating SMS and GPRS packs, I have been charged for the same for the past two months. The Customer Care are not able to offer a waive off and the appellate authority gives assurance only on phone. They don’t keep their word.
Its frustrating to call up the customer care each month to resolve these issues.
