I brought a new HTC mobile phobe which costs me Rs. 17,800 on 2nd of june and on 27th of june it got dead and submit that phone to HTC okhala service centre on the very next day and now they do not have any exact information about my phone. I went there 5 times and that sevice centre is somewhere around 50 km from my home that means 100 km up and down. I called up service centre 1000 of times and customer care 100 of times but not getting any positive responce. I even had word with branch manager( ohkala service centre) Mr. Zakhir and with the country manager Mr. Panchanathan but they did not resolve my issue. They even suggest me to go to consumer forum. Now i m very much frustated and getting sick of these guys. I want the compensation of time and money.

I would be glad if anyone can help me out.
